Get the 2026 RAV4 That’s Perfect for You

The RAV4 is one of the most popular vehicles in the world and the most popular SUV in America. But that doesn’t mean there’s just one version of it that’s perfect for everyone. When looking at a Toyota RAV4 for sale near El Reno, you will discover a number of great models and exciting options available to you.

Choosing the right trim level and other options to ensure you get everything you are looking for can be tricky, especially if you try to tackle it all on your own. That’s why our team is ready to help you find exactly what you want. And that’s why we’ve put together this buyer’s guide to assist you in finding everything you’ve been looking for.

Engine and Drive Type

We’ll have some big decisions to consider in a moment, but we’ll start with something a lot easier: the engine. The standard engine for the 2026 RAV4 is a 2.5L I-4 hybrid that delivers either 226 hp or 236 hp, depending on overall configuration. This is paired with an electronically-controlled continuously variable transmission for a smooth drive.

Front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard for the RAV4, and it’s what you get 226 hp from. If you go with an available all-wheel drive (AWD) model, then you get the boosted 236 hp. We like both options, but your choice does impact your gas mileage slightly:

  • FWD: 47 MPG in the city, 40 MPG on the highway
  • AWD: 45 MPG in the city, 38 MPG on the highway

You can see that’s not a huge difference, but it’s still something to consider. The RAV4 with FWD feels great overall, but there’s no denying how well AWD keeps you in control in all kinds of situations. During a rough winter storm, having AWD can mean the difference between getting to work on time and being stuck somewhere, so keep that in mind.

Six Trim Levels to Choose From

The biggest decision you’re likely to make when shopping for a RAV4 is which trim level you want. Toyota gives you six different options to choose from, and it’s important to take some time to consider what each has to offer. Here’s a quick overview of each trim so you get a sense of what’s available and which models will work best for you.

2026 RAV4 LE

This is the starting trim for the RAV4, and it gives us the foundation that other models build upon. You get standard FWD with AWD available on the LE, along with great exterior features like power-adjustable side mirrors, LED projector headlights, LED daytime running lights, and 17-inch wheels.

Inside, we find a 10.5-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia display with a six-speaker sound system, supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This is paired with a gorgeous 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, along with fabric-trimmed seating with six-way manual front seats. Remote keyless entry and dual-zone automatic climate control are both standard.

Perhaps best of all: every 2026 RAV4 comes with the Toyota Safety Sense 4.0 suite of driver-assistance features. This includes a Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, a Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, and much more. You also get a Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert on the LE to help keep you and others safer each day.

2026 RAV4 SE

If you’re looking for a few nice upgrades over the standard model, without going overboard, then the SE is a terrific option. On the outside, the SE has heated side mirrors, 18-inch black wheels, and a body-colored grille with dark chrome accents. Options like a power moonroof, height-adjustable power tailgate, and rain-sensing wipers are available here, but not for the LE.

Inside, you get a number of upgrades with the SE, including a leather-trimmed steering wheel and shift lever for an added touch of style. The SE has heated front seats with an eight-way power driver’s seat, plus distinct blue interior stitching. You also get Front and Rear Parking Assist with Automatic Braking for the SE, to keep your neighbors safer in El Reno.

2026 RAV4 XLE Premium

Moving up to the XLE Premium gets you more upgrades while still keeping some starting features, like standard FWD with AWD available. The XLE Premium has many of the same details and options as the SE, like the available rain-sensing wipers. You get the height-adjustable power liftgate included with this trim, however, and 18-inch wheels.

The XLE Premium has Digital Key capability, letting you use your smartphone as a virtual key for your vehicle, along with SofTex-trimmed seating that feels fantastic. A digital rearview mirror is available here, and you get a wireless charging pad inside. Advanced safety systems like a Front Cross-Traffic Alert and Lane Change Assist are available, but not standard.

2026 RAV4 Woodland

If you’re looking for something a bit more adventurous from the RAV4, then the Woodland is a fantastic choice. This trim comes with AWD, standard, along with 18-inch wheels wrapped in all-terrain tires. The Woodland has integrated LED fog lights, a unique, rugged front bumper, and distinct Woodland badging along its exterior.

You’ll find Woodland all-weather floor mats inside, along with uniquely patterned perforated soft-touch panels with red-orange accents. This model comes with the rain-sensing wipers, along with the Front Cross-Traffic Alert and other advanced safety systems. Plus, you get a Multi-Terrain Monitor that’s perfect for helping you reach your favorite campsite.

2026 RAV4 XSE

For enhanced good looks and great features inside, the XSE is a terrific choice. You can choose two-tone exteriors for the XSE, like pairing Storm Cloud (dark blue) or Wind Chill Pearl with a Black Metallic Roof. This model features a hands-free power liftgate, vertical LED front bumper accent lights, and 20-inch wheels for an added touch of style.

Inside the XSE, we find a larger 12.9-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia system, which looks fantastic and makes your apps easy to use. You get SofTex synthetic suede-trimmed seating inside, with eight-way power front seats that are heated and ventilated. Overall, this is a terrific choice that has excellent features inside and out.

2026 RAV4 Limited

If you really want to enjoy everything Toyota has to offer, then the RAV4 Limited is the way to go. The Limited comes with some unique exterior details like wide overfenders, plus 18-inch wheels and integrated LED fog lights. You get a panoramic glass roof with tilt/slide power moonroof on the Limited, which gives you a gorgeous view of the sky.

The SofTex-trimmed seating is heated and ventilated up front, heated in the back, and you get eight-way power seats up front with driver memory functionality. A digital rearview mirror is included, along with the larger infotainment display, dual charging pad, and a nine-speaker JBL Premium sound system.
