Recently purchased a used Jeep Gladiator. Everything was handled professionally and all my questions were addressed quickly. Alano helped with the test drive and had great information on the vehicle.

I had a good experience with sales and service department. Recently I visited many dealer in the area but I liked the way they handled my enquiries and ask. Carlos from sales team made it seem very easy. He played very good communicator between me and his manager. Later I planned to have my vehicle serviced there. We had a problem with the 2005 Toyota Corolla shifter cable. With 199,000 miles it was worn out. Jim Norton ordered the partbut it might take 4 to 6 weeks for the part to arrive. It took longer than that and Adam, my advisor, and Jim Norton provided a temporary fix that could last for several thousand miles. After several weeks the car developed another problem that would cost over more to repair. Jim Norton gave us a refund for the shiftter cable we had purchased (still on a nation wide back order)to begin with. They were very accommodating and we were appreciative of their service.

I got a coupon in the mail and it happened to coincide with my need for 50,000 mile service. Service was friendly, super fast and I paid $1. They stuck to what the coupin offered, didn’t pressure me for any upsell and gained a customer. Felt they had a great level of integrity. Dealt with Clayton Thornton and he made it a very positive experience.
