I’m always treated very well, greeted by a friendly staff. I arrive a little before my appointment time they get me right in, they take very good care of my car and I’m back on my way in no time at all. I love my Camry and I love using Jim Norton Toyota for all my service needs.

Had appointment to perform a warranty repair, originally I wasn’t informed the repair would require a replacement part, not normally in stock. However, the entire team at Jim Norton really stepped up. Quickly rescheduled the repair, notified me repair part was received. Provided a loaner, kept me informed on the progress of the repair. The entire team from check in, loaner car, and check out really made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you all!!!
