Exceptional customer service! I went in for an oil change and wheel alignment and was told it would be an hour and a half but it ended up being sooner. I was well informed about future recommendations to keep my Toyota running smooth and efficiently.

I was pleasantly surprised during my transaction with Jim Norton Toyota. It all started with Fernando. He wasn't bothered by my own tardiness to our appointment. He then let me drive the car and ask all the questions I needed. He even had the vehicle driven to Guthrie, on my behalf while i was at work, so the vehicle could undergo an inspection by my mechanic. One issue was found (it is a used vehicle btw), and the dealership repaired the vehicle without any questions. Zane in finance did a great job as well, he respected both my time and frugality! I am extremely impressed so far.

They keep me in touch with ever stage my car was going through. And had it done before expected.
