Quick, courteous service at check in. They were super busy on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. What should have been a 45 minute oil change turned into 2 hours. Sometimes it just happens.

I've had problems with my 2023 Corolla Cross since a few weeks after I bought it- some minor, some major. The service department quickly and VERY thoroughly found out what the problems were and never once questioned whether I was just a crazy customer complaining about my car. The latest ordeal was handled by Craig, the service manager, and he consulted with someone at Toyota to get to the root of the problem. I'm glad he did and cared enough to go the extra mile. He answered all my questions in a manner where I could understand what was going on. Everyone there has always been exceptionally courteous and willing to help. I give them 5 stars without hesitation!

My service advisor Charles went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced and back to me quickly. I had multiple early morning meetings to which Charles and his team made sure I was in and out in a timely manner.
