This was a good day. There were soo many people working you didn’t have to wait for someone to come up to you. My appointment was at 9 and they quoted it would be done by 12 and it were done by 10 and some kind of way I got a $50 discount. Definitely 10/10 this day. Alano Garcia was an excellent sales professional and he went above and beyond by allowing me to leave my rental and make sure it was in covered parking to protect from our Oklahoma weather, and helped me deliver it back to the rental office. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall the best experience I have had buying a car! Jacob in finance was equally excellent! Both went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations! Gino was outstanding!! Anytime I’m buying a vehicle my anxiety shoots up, Gino made the process non stressful, which I didn’t think was possible when buying a new vehicle. He was not pushy and listened to me. Shout out to our new cousin Vinny :) in the finance department, he was awesome and made the process less stressful.
